Custom coaching: 
1.  Basic Level
  • Plans tailored to each athlete’s goals, abilities, and situation.
  • Plans in 4 week blocks
  • Online workout plans and log
  • Plans are adjusted monthly based on athlete’s needs
  • Weekly feedback
  • Unlimited email communication
  • Monthly fitness testing
  • Annual Training Plan (short & long term goal setting and race planning)
  • Race day planning/strategies
  • $150/month
  • $125 start-up fee (Start-up fee waived with 6-month prepaid contract )
2.  Premium Level
  • Plans tailored to each athlete’s goals, abilities, and situation.
  • Plans in 2 week blocks to allow for more responsive adjustments to workouts
  • Online workout plans and log
  • Plans are frequently adjusted based on athlete’s needs
  • Annual Training Plan (short & long term goal setting and race planning)
  • Weekly feedback (twice a week or more as needed)
  • Unlimited email and 1 coach initiated phone call each week
  • Monthly fitness testing
  • Nutrition counseling
  • Detailed race day plans with goal times and strategies
  • 20% off swim lessons
  • $175/month (3 month minimum contract)
  • No setup fee

Programs (Basic or Premium)  require an initial start-up phase, where I will:

  1. Review athlete history and goals
  2. Establish training objectives to meet goals
  3. Identify personal strengths and weaknesses
  4. Identify and rank upcoming races
  5. Design an Annual Training Plan tailored to your lifestyle and racing goals
3.  Prepared Plans

$375 per 3-month plan

This is my most cost effective coaching program.  I will develop customized training schedules to get you to race day ready to perform to your potential.   This program does not provide ongoing contact after the schedule is delivered and explained.  This program provides high-level coaching at an affordable rate.

Plans will include

  • Review of your training and racing history, seasonal goals, strengths and weaknesses
  • A customized schedule based on your experience and  goals
  • Specific daily workouts, based on duration, intensity, and technique concentration.
  • Drills to help you develop more efficient techniques
  • Consultation and review of plan to answer any questions

Plans are available for the following distances:
Sprint
Olympic
1/2 Iron Distance 70.3
Iron Distance 140.6
